Billing questions
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Pick a plan and create your store. You get full access to that plan for 7 days. Before the trial ends, pay to keep your store live. If you don’t, your store is paused and nothing is charged.
How do I pay?
Transfer the amount to our bank account or JazzCash number shown in your dashboard, then upload the receipt. We verify payments within a few hours during working hours.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down between Launch, Grow and Scale at any time from your dashboard. Your products, orders and customers stay exactly as they are.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free, so you pay for 10 months instead of 12.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. You only pay your plan price. Vecho takes no commission on any plan.
What happens when my plan ends?
We remind you 7 days before. After a short grace period your store is paused until you renew. Your data is kept safe.
